Assembling our pieces is quicker than deciding what to binge-watch next. You may need to recruit a friend to assist with assembly - but we guarantee you’ll be lounging in style in no more than 15 minutes!

Our fabrics are stain resistant and cleaning is a breeze. For any spills on our sofa, loveseat, or ottoman, we recommend using a moist clean cotton towel for most stains.
For stubborn stains, we suggest using some natural soap with water. Once the stain is out of the fabric, let a cotton towel rest on the spot to take out moisture.
Our slipcovers are machine washable at 86 degrees Fahrenheit. We recommend washing the slipcover inside out and immediately placing the cover back on the piece of furniture, slightly damp, after washing. Do not put slipcovers in the dryer.

Yes, you can order our fabric swatches for free here. We recommend repurposing your swatches into coasters, small pouches, fragrant sachets, or whatever your heart desires after use!

Our fabric is dirt and damp prevented, stain resistant, and super easy to spot clean. We recommend using a lint roller to remove any pet hair or dander that may accumulate.

Retroloop seeks to keep furniture out of landfills by creating high quality pieces that will endure time and usage. However, we understand that life happens, and furniture can unfortunately be damaged. To prevent damaged furniture from ending up in landfills, we’ve created replacement parts for our pieces. From arms to slipcovers, our replacement parts make it easy to restore your most cherished pieces.

No, not on our watch! There are no formaldehydes in our plywood frames. In addition, our cushions contain CertiPUR-US® certified foams which have been screened for relevant chemicals, including flame retardants, that are classified as carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxins and are harmful to human health.

Nope! We use non-toxic, water-based finishes with zero VOCs to keep your home free from any nasty off-gassing.

We don’t use any glue in our sofa frames, but use a water-based, zero VOC adhesive on our foam. Because at Retroloop, we believe in sticking to what’s best for the planet.

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email that includes all the juicy tracking details. Keep an eye on your inbox – and maybe your spam folder, just in case. Please note that we cannot modify shipping addresses once the order has been shipped.

We offer standard free shipping for all of our products. Your items will be delivered to your front door and a signature isn't required. We also offer white glove delivery for some of our products. White glove service means that our delivery team will assemble and place the furniture directly in your home.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, if you need to reschedule your delivery within 48 business hours of the scheduled date, a rescheduling fee will be applied directly by our shipping partner.

We currently ship to the lower 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. But we hope to change that soon!

All of our cardboard boxes are 100% recycled, 100% recyclable, and 100% beautiful. We use a water-based flexographic ink on our boxes and avoid the use of any plastics.

Our furniture comes flat-packed to reduce our environmental footprint. Expect a total of eight packages for The Loop Sofa, and six for The Loop Loveseat.

We’re happy to delay your order so that it doesn’t arrive before a certain date. Please email us at hi@shopretroloop.com within one week of placing your order. Please note that delaying an order doesn’t guarantee a specific delivery date - it only guarantees that your order will not be delivered before the requested date.

Given that all of our pieces are made-to-order, we can change your order up to five days after the order has been placed. After this, the order will be shipped and treated as a return or exchange.

We accept returns and exchanges for complete pieces within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns and exchanges must be returned free from damage and any imperfections. Only after close inspection will a refund be issued for a return. A refund constitutes the original purchase price, less the original shipping fees and a 15% processing fee. Any pieces that arrive not in original condition will receive a partial refund. Please note that replacement parts are final sale.
To initiate a return or exchange, go here. Once your form has been submitted, our team will work with you to properly package, label, and ship your items. We encourage you to use the original packaging that your items shipped in. If you need new packaging, the processing fee is 20% of the original purchase price instead of 15%.
After an exchange request has been submitted, your new item will be ordered and subject to the current lead time. The exchanged item must be picked up by our shipping partner before the new item will be shipped.
We will work to sell all returned and exchanged items to prevent any items from going to the landfill.

Our furniture is produced at the highest quality standards and we back this up with a two-year warranty policy. This covers the replacement of any parts that are broken upon arrival, have manufacturing defects, or do not match the advertised description. Please note that any damages occurring after delivery are not eligible for warranty coverage.

If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at hi@shopretroloop.com. Our team will assess photos of the item and determine the appropriate course of action. If a defect is identified, we will coordinate to restore your item to its original condition.
For damage related to shipping and delivery, please send photos of the package in its state of arrival to hi@shopretroloop.com. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen or weather damaged packages that were left unattended. If you believe your package was stolen, please reach out to us and we will coordinate on next steps. We must be notified of your damages within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with our shipping partner.
